Giving yourself the best opportunity for a healthy pregnancy, and creating a healthy baby, begins well before you start trying to conceive.

Eggs and sperm take roughly 3 months to fully mature in our bodies before they're ready to go. As a result, what we do, eat and take in the preceding months before conception can influence the health of our bub to be.

For many couples, falling pregnant can be far more of a challenge than expected. Over the years I’ve helped numerous couples conceive and birth beautiful, healthy bubs after a long time trying. Whether it be an issue with dad, mum, both or neither parent, there’s an abundance of natural and scientifically validated options available to improve fertility for both partners.

I offer support to couples who are looking to try for a baby naturally and also have considerable experience helping couples looking to start, or who have started, their IVF journey.

If you’ve been trying for a bub for a while or would like to ensure you’re in the best possible shape to conceive, carry and welcome a little person into your world please contact me.

Here’s an email from my beautiful client Kate:

Just wanted to give you an update on my recent egg retrieval in the US - the cycle was very successful! The fertility doctor said I have the ovaries of a 25 year old! Lol.

See breakdown of the cycle below, comparing with average / normal range for my age (41).

* Egg retrieval : 23 eggs retrieved (well above average, usually 5-10)

* Egg maturity: 16 / 23 were mature enough to be inseminated (70% - within normal range)

* Fertilisation: 15 / 16 successfully fertilised (94%, well above average, usually 70%)

* Blastocyst development: 10/15 developed into blastocysts by day 7 (67%, well above average, usually 30-40%)

* PGT-A testing / viability: 4 embryos were euploid (40%, usually 20-30%)

Thank you so much for your support with this cycle. For your thorough research and advice about lifestyle, diet and supplementation. You are amazing! Forever grateful!
